Not Back to School Blog Hop- Schoolroom

I know I unveiled our schoolroom just a few weeks ago, but I thought I'd re-post as part of the Not Back to School Blog Hop.

I love that our schoolroom is right in the middle of our house.  It's next to the kitchen and the living room.  Most of the members of our family can usually be found in one of these three rooms.  The lower cabinets hold curriculum not currently in use.

These shelves hold our current year Sonlight books and Instructor Guides.

More homeschool books.  I have the books organized by category in these brown shelves and the yellow cabinet has our Sonlight books from previous cores.

The cubbies house the kids individual subjects like Math, Wordly Wise, and Greek.  Each kid has one or two cubbies and a couple are shared.

I'm an on-the-run mom to 6 kids who studied and taught exercise science in a previous life. I love all things running, nutrition, and health-related. I usually run at zero dark thirty in the morning and am often quite hungry before, during, and after my run, but I live a rich, full, blessed life with my children, family, and friends. My faith in God is my anchor, and looking to Him and His promises allows me to live fully even when life circumstances are difficult. While running gives me an appetite, my desire is to hunger and thirst for righteousness more than for physical food.
