The Children's Museum in Indianapolis

The Children's Museum in Indianapolis is a really fun place!  As you approach it from the street, you see giant dinosaurs busting into the museum.  Our American Boy (4) was giddy with excitement.

I dressed the kids in their age shirts which attracted lots of attention.

This is in the Science Works section of the museum.  The little kids had a blast in here.  I wish I had lots of pictures to show you from our time at the museum, but I don't.  I didn't realize my camera battery was dead.

I asked each of the kids what their favorite part of the museum was and this is what they said...

Monk (11)- The Clone Wars exhibit
Twinkle Toes (9) and Measle (7)- The Barbie fashion exhibit
American Boy (4)- The dinosaurs, of course!  He especially enjoyed digging for dinosaur fossils.
Louie (22 months)- Definitely the carousel!
Big D (kid at heart)- The trains!

Next time I'll remember to charge the camera first!

  2. Cute, cute, cute! Looks like you had fun. I haven't had much time to comment, but your series on meds is fantastic!

I'm an on-the-run mom to 6 kids who studied and taught exercise science in a previous life. I love all things running, nutrition, and health-related. I usually run at zero dark thirty in the morning and am often quite hungry before, during, and after my run, but I live a rich, full, blessed life with my children, family, and friends. My faith in God is my anchor, and looking to Him and His promises allows me to live fully even when life circumstances are difficult. While running gives me an appetite, my desire is to hunger and thirst for righteousness more than for physical food.
