Calvin's first day of Bible study

I wanted to take him last week, but my mom thought it was too early.  So today at 9 days old, Calvin will accompany me to my CBS class.  I thought he should dress for the occasion.

Asleep, as usual.

Did I mention he likes to sleep?

So I tickled him to wake him up.  He didn't like it.

But it worked.

So serious, but so cute.

  1. Calvin is just precious! I hope you both enjoy your outing.
Are you feeling ok? I am guessing so, since you are going to Bible study!
How is school going with the new baby? Or are you taking a break?
We are on week 9 of core 5 and week 10 of core K. We will be taking a week long fall break next week. Yipee!

He looks like a little man!

I bet you ladies did not get much "bible studing" done with such a fun distraction!

    Peace and Prayers,

I'm an on-the-run mom to 6 kids who studied and taught exercise science in a previous life. I love all things running, nutrition, and health-related. I usually run at zero dark thirty in the morning and am often quite hungry before, during, and after my run, but I live a rich, full, blessed life with my children, family, and friends. My faith in God is my anchor, and looking to Him and His promises allows me to live fully even when life circumstances are difficult. While running gives me an appetite, my desire is to hunger and thirst for righteousness more than for physical food.
