Does this mean I'm going to drop a jean size?

Our morning routine usually begins with my allowing the kids to choose their cereal. The choices vary depending on what's on sale. This morning Mr. Monk decided on Special K Red Berries. I left the box out while I was helping other kids and in a moment he asked with concern in his voice, "Does this mean I'm going to drop a jean size? Because I don't want to do that!"

Take a look at Mr. Monk. He doesn't have room to drop a jeans size! Poor kid, as he's eating breakfast, trying to fuel up for the day, he realizes he's eating something designed to help him lose weight! I explained marketing to him. The dropping a jean size thing only applies to those taking the Special K challenge!

I'm an on-the-run mom to 6 kids who studied and taught exercise science in a previous life. I love all things running, nutrition, and health-related. I usually run at zero dark thirty in the morning and am often quite hungry before, during, and after my run, but I live a rich, full, blessed life with my children, family, and friends. My faith in God is my anchor, and looking to Him and His promises allows me to live fully even when life circumstances are difficult. While running gives me an appetite, my desire is to hunger and thirst for righteousness more than for physical food.
